Falling for Fall

This is my favorite time of year for training runs. Cool, crisp air so that if you dress right you’re chilly before you start but never get hot. If you’re an early bird like me, skies full of twinkling stars that lighten to pink and orange sunrises. I’m just glad to live somewhere where I can run early and watch the sunrise and only have to worry about whether the batteries in my headlamp are going to last the whole eight miles.
